Plant Guarantee

We guarantee the free replacement or credit of any container grown hardy plant which dies. Providing it has been correctly maintained and cared for. The plant should be presented back to us, with proof of purchase, within 1 year.

We cannot be held responsible for the well being of plants in extreme weather conditions.

We pledge to provide the largest range of plants, at the highest possible quality and at the best possible prices. Because we grow most of the plants we sell on our own nursery, we can select only the finest quality from our extensive range and keep the prices keen and fair. Our qualified and experienced staff will always maintain our exemplary standards of customer service by offering only honest, practical and subjective advice to you, our customers.

Returns Policy

Unwanted Goods
Applies to any item in it's original condition, that is no longer required. Over and above the recommendations of the consumer rights act 2015, we will exchange any item purchased from us that is no longer required. Provided it is returned in it's original condition, with proof of purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Faulty Goods
Applies to any item that is not covered by a manufacturers warranty or guarantee. In compliance with the consumer rights act 2015 we will repair or replace any item deemed not fit for purpose at the time of sale, if returned with proof of purchase within 30 days. If we cannot repair or replace to your satisfaction we will refund the purchase amount via the same transaction method of the original purchase.
