The UK’s number one Grotto, the most consistently recognised as the best in the country for over a decade. Baytree Winter Wonderland now boasts a staggering 26,000 square feet of undercover area. Since the late nineties, awards have been plentiful from all kinds of organisations. We have been compared by several arms of the press to the likes of Harrods, Selfridges and many other prestigeous stores, but there really is no comparison, we are constantly voted the best, whether it’s Channel 4 or the Sunday Papers, most recently the National Retail Awards gave Baytree Winter Wonderland the number one slot.

Singing Reindeer

Hard at work in the toy shop

Winding your way through hundreds of snow covered trees, onto Santa’s magic sleigh ride, into the heart of Winter Wonderland. Hop off the sleigh and amble through the lights, past the toy workshop and all Santa's helpers and friends. There are Polar Bears and Huskies, Seals and flying Santas, you can chat with the Yetis and the Christmas Goose, even join in with the singing reindeer! Everywhere you look something is happening, and there’s usually a surprise or two waiting for you, so keep your eyes peeled!

Santa's Reindeer arrive in early November from the North Pole for a good rest before the big night on Christmas Eve, so don’t forget to come and say hello. There are always carrots about so you can give your favourite a little bribe, to help them speed to your roof top on Christmas Eve....
